Hey girls, I’m Fox and this is day 19 of my FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS reality diet report. Today is February 20 and I’m going to lose 11 Pounds in 20 days. We’re approaching the finish line, so this is it. Let’s get on the scale- I’m 51.9 kg which are 114.2 Pounds. I did it!!!! My initial weight was 125 Pounds and I’m 114 now, that’s 11 Pounds off in 20 days!! look at me!! I feel like a new woman now!! It’s a great start, but I’m still a little overweight.
I really should be 106 Pounds, but with FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS I’m going to do it in no time. Good news are, that this diet plan works. I’ve lost 11 Pounds in 20 days with FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS. and I’m a girl who can’t get enough of sweets, and fast food, but somehow this diet plan made me stop craving for them and I started to see result very fast and that’s what kept me going. And that’s the amazing thing about this diet plan, it isn’t based on your will power at all, it controls the urge to eat by manipulating your hormones. And if I could do it anybody can.
Today we’re going to talk about craving- what do you do when your mind gets stuck on a certain food? researches have shown that craving only last 5 minutes, so all you have to do is keep yourself busy until it goes away!! first of all, drink 2 glasses of water, and 1 glass of milk, and then grab your cell and call a friend, your husband, your mom, and ask how their day’s going. Do whatever you can to keep yourself busy and your mind off food.
Don’t buy junk food and snacks. Instead- keep some sliced carrots, and Yogurt in the fridge for whenever you feel like having a snack. Trust me, it’ll fill you up real good, and you’re going to love it.
