Day 15
Hey girls, I’m Fox and this is day 15 of my FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS reality diet report. Today is February 16, and I’m going to lose 11 Pounds in 20 days. we got 6 days, so let’s get on the scale: I’m 53.5 kg which are 117.7 Pounds, so I’ve lost 7.7 Pounds in 14 days! this diet program is the best thing that ever happened to me!!
Today’s tip, is really going to help you lose weight fast. You might not like to hear it but it’s one of those things you’re going to have to do if you want to shed those Pounds. Prepare your weight loss meals at home, and take them with you to work. Avoid eating out in restaurants. Restaurants use giant plates, and you always end up stuffing yourself even when you’re full, because you’re going to pay for this food. Besides, you have absolutely no idea what they put inside your food, and they use too much salt and bad fats like vegetable oil and god knows what else. This is the best tip I can give you for quick weight loss. And unless you want to gain back the weight, don’t eat out on restaurants too often. Once a month is more than enough!

I have been using this diet for about 2 weeks and I have lost about 9 pounds. In just 2 weeks!
Congratulations that really helps motivate me. I am on the fat loss 4 idiots diet to. I have lose 31 pounds so far and I have been averaging about 5 pounds per session.
I personally want to lose 50 pounds all together.
HI I have just finished my 11 days and lost 7 happy pounds
and then went off for the three days and out 4 back on. now today i begin the 11 days again. What is the average weight one gains on the 3 off days and do you have any tips that helped you on the off days? Thank you very much.

Let me just add that Weight Loss 4 Idiots (yeah the Idiots makes me kinda cringe..) has fantastic advice on how to stay slim once you lose the weight. It is the first diet that I really feel like I could stick to and its also the first diet that I can get excited about doing.
