Day 12-13
Hey girls I’m Fox and this is day 13 of my FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS reality diet report. Today is February 14, and I’m going to lose 11 Pounds in 20 days. I couldn’t upload a video yesterday, And I’m sorry about that, but I’m here today, so lets get on the scale to check my progress: I’m 54.3 KG which are 119.5 Pounds so I haven’t lost weight but I haven’t gained weight either and that’s good, I don’t want to lose the weight too fast because that would be bad for my body. so I just need to keep up the good work, and stay motivated- that’s the key to quick weight loss.

Today we’re going to talk about good fat and bad fat. The good fats actually help you burn fat off your body, while the bad fats encourage it to store fat. the good fats are: butter, raw nuts, like walnuts and peanuts, Avucado, olive oil, and coconut oil- they are delicious, and good for you and your diet program.
If you eat good fat- you burn fat. You eat bad fat- you store fat. now I’m going to show you exactly which fats are the bad fats, you’re going to want to avoid on your weight loss meals.
Canola Oil, and vegetable oils, Margarine, and fake butter products, are all bad fats. Leave some Margarine outside and you’ll see that even the cats won’t eat it. Because that aren’t real food. It’s a chemical toxic compound that contains trans- fats that your liver has to work very hard to get rid off. And when your liver is busy fighting off all the bad chemicals you eat, it doesn’t have time to break down fats. Stop eating those harmful processed foods, and start giving your body some real food- natural and unprocessed foods, and your body will burn much more fat!!
So lets see if you remember your enemies on your weight loss plan: hunger is enemy number one, number two is Sugar, and number three is processed foods like Margarine, and fake butter.

I figured out more a new challenge on this fat loss issue. A single issue is a good nutrition is especially vital when dieting. A massive reduction in bad foods, sugary meals, fried foods, sweet foods, beef, and white-colored flour products might be necessary. Having wastes parasitic organisms, and poisons may prevent desired goals for fat loss. While a number of drugs temporarily solve the challenge, the horrible side effects usually are not worth it, and they never supply more than a non permanent solution. I lost 4.2 lbs my first week
That was with no exercise and not following plan one day. I promise myself this week I will stick to plan and exercise at least 3X a week. (I guess watching my nephews cross country meet doesn’t count
