10: The 4 Deadly “Health Foods”

Day 10

Hey girls I’m Fox and this is day 10 of my FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS reality diet report. Today is February 11, and I’m going to lose 11 Pounds in 20 days. We got 11 days so and I can’t wait to get on that scale. I’m 54.5 kg which are 119.9 Ponds. My initial weight was 125 Pounds so I lost 5 Pounds in 9 days, so I’m almost half way there, and feels great.

Yesterday I told you all about the good Carbs and the Bad Carbs. The good Carbs you should include in your diet program are: Sprouted grain breads, Rice, Spelt, Millet and Quinoa, and you must have been surprised when I mentioned Whole wheat Bread, Healthy Cereals, and crackers on the bad Carbs list.

Now I’ve already told you guys, that many foods are disguised as health foods, but they quickly turn to sugar in your body, and today I’m going to explain why.

Most of those “Health foods” contain “high fructose corn syrup”, a chemical that has a very high Sugar content, and is also is very cheap. So the manufacturers use this chemical instead of natural sugar, simply because it’s much cheaper for them, and we have to suffer the consequences- weight gain, and all kinds of diseases caused as a result of overweight. Now, I’m going to give you an example: did you know one Soda can contains 40 Grams of this High fructose corn syrup, and that’s the equivalent of 10 tea spoons of Sugar. Can you imagine drinking 1 cup of water with so much sugar in it??? or giving that to your kid?!!!

now most of those “Health foods” contain that high fructose corn syrup. So you’ve got to start reading the labels and avoid anything that has it on the ingredient’s list. For example- healthy Cereal, low fat muffins, and low fat salad dressings.

Tomorrow I’m going to tell you about a whole bunch of fat burning foods. So I’ll see you!!
