9: The Secrets Of Weight Loss Foods (Part 2)



 

Day 9

Hey girls, I’m Fox and this is day 9 of my FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS reality diet report. Today is February 10, and I’m going to lose 11 Pounds in 20 days. We got 12 days. So let’s get on the scale to see how I’m doing: I’m 55 kg which are 121 Pounds. My initial weight was 125 Pounds, so I’ve lost 4 Pounds in 8 days, and that’s awesome!!!

Today we’re going to find out the truth about Carbs- I’m going to reveal the biggest secret of all- which Carbs are the “good Carbs”- that give you plenty of energy and help you burn fat, and which Carbs are bad for you, and your diet program.

The bad Carbs are: Whole wheat bread creates an increase in blood sugar and insulin just like any other bread. Same goes for whole grain pasta, cereals, and crackers. They are bad for you, and bad news for your diet plan. but there are plenty of other Carbs out there that are good for you, and will even help you burn fat: you ever heard of sprouted grains bread? ,how about rice and spelt, millet and quinoa- they all taste great, and I love to eat good food, so trust me on this.

And how about some sweet potatoes with butter on them? And yes, I did say butter.

So you see? It’s not all bad news. You can lose weight, burn fat and still enjoy great food. now, tomorrow I’m going to tell you about more weight loss foods, and teach you how to read the labels on foods that you buy, so you’ll know which foods to avoid. See you!!
