I’m Fox and this is day 6 of my FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS reality diet report. today is February 7′th and We’ve got 15 days. Yesterday I found out I didn’t lose weight at all, and I know I’ve been very strict on my diet program. Today I’m 55.9 kg, which are 123 Pounds. seems like I’m gaining back the weight, and I know I haven’t been cheating. some of you may get angry and frustrated at this point, but I know better than that and the last thing I’m going to do is give up, because I’ve been here before. I know that if I stick to my diet program, I’m going to lose weight. I’m going to get back on track. So whatever you do- DON’T GIVE UP.
Stick to your diet program and you will lose weight. Today we’re going to talk about overeating- how come we eat so much more than we need? First I want to remind yesterday’s weight loss tip: change to smaller plates-use a 9 Inch instead of a 12 Inch plate, and you’re going to eat 22% less. and the second rule if you want to lose weight fast is: stick to one serving and don’t refill your plate.
You know those parties where they have Buffet? Don’t you feel you want to try it all, and end up eating much more than you wanted? That’s because we simply can’t resist variety and infect, Our brain makes us seek variety, and that’s why Buffet causes overeating. now don’t worry, I’m not asking you to to give up parties, but I’m going to tell you a secret that’s going to help you avoid overeating: don’t starve yourself all day before the party- that’s the biggest mistake you can make. have a good meal right before the party , because if you get there hungry, your brain is going to make you go for the high calorie foods, and there is nothing you can do about it.
Go out on a full stomach, and make a list of the foods you want to eat at the party- chose lean protein foods, fruits and vegetables and avoid sweets.
What about other occasions with a large variety of foods? For example the supermarket? Simply make a list and follow it, and don’t buy anything that isn’t on your list.
