5: Do You Make These Mistakes In Your Weight Loss Program?

This is day 5 of my FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS reality diet report. Today is February 6 We’ve got 16 days, so lets check my weight:
I’m 55 KG which are 122.1 Pounds. I haven’t lost weight since yesterday and that’s fine. On some days you lose more weight than on others, and on some days you don’t lose weight at all, and that’s normal. We’re still way ahead of schedule.
we’ve learned all about the foods that keep us fuller for longer, and today we’re going to try to understand why we eat so much more than we need, and a a result-we gain weight. Now I’m going to tell you about one of the latest scientific breakthroughs in slimming: Replace your 12 inch plate to a 9 inch plate and you will end up eating 22% less, apparently we have the tendency to fill up what ever space is available on our plate. Use a smaller plate, and you’re going to eat less. there’s no point in using a smaller plate if you refill it, so Stick to one serving. And here’s a tip to help you, because sometimes will power just isn’t enough. don’t leave the table 15 minutes after you’ve eaten. Leave the plate with leftovers on the table right in front of you so you can see it. It’s hard to believe until you’ve actually tried it: but after 15 minutes you’re going to feel stuffed. This is the best way how to lose weight fast- it’s one of the best weight loss tips.
