Day 4
Hi girls I’m fox and this is day 4 of my FAT LOSS 4 IDIOTS reality diet report.

Today is 5′th of February, and I’m going to lose 11 Pounds in 20 days. I weigh myself every day because I like to see results everyday. That’s also the reason I use an accurate scale. now, there’s a very big difference between weighing 126 one day, and 125.6 the next day.
We got 17 days, so let’s get on the scale to check my progress. I’m 55.6 kg which are 122.1 Pounds. My initial weight was 125 so I’ve lost 2.9 Pounds in 3 days, 8 more pounds to go. So I’m satisfied.
Now I promised to teach you how to lose weight fast, so I’m going to tell you another very big secret today: we’re focusing on the foods that keep you fuller for longer. Yesterday we talked about including lean protein in your weight loss program, and I hope you remembered it on today’s breakfast.

high calorie foods is- a reach thick soup.
Put all your lunch ingredients in the blender with a glass of water, to create a thick and tasty soup, because
soup stays in your stomach for longer, and keeps it from shrinking and giving you those hunger pains. Soup will keep out the worst enemy of your weight loss plan- the hunger hormone.
so my tip for quick weight loss is: include soup in your weight loss meals. Have soup for lunch because soup keeps you fuller for longer . I don’t know about you girls, I sure am hungry.

I’m Magdalena from Poland, I have a question: how do I stop myself from eating sweets? I can’t resist cakes, donuts and icecreams. I almost don’t eat, really if it hadn’t been for the sweets I would have been skinny

Craving for sweets and high Calorie foods is something your brain does when a certain hormone called Ghrelin is released. if you want to stop craving for sweets, you need to keep this hormone away, so here’s what you need to do: 1. don’t skip ,meals!!! if you do that you get REALLY hungry, and your brain releases the hormone Ghrelin to make you crave for high Calorie foods in order to make up for not eating.
2. include lean protein in your breakfast, it keeps the hunger hormone away and it keeps you away from sweets!!
3. avoid sugar and bad Carbs like Pasta, bread, potatos: they take your blood sugar levels up to an extreme high and then to a low, and as a result you feel hungry and crave for sweets!!

You’ve come up with fantastic weight lost tips. I’m wonderring if Fat loss for idiots is the right diet program for me. I’m obese, and my doctor has recently told me that I’ve gotta lose 35 Pounds or else… I’ve tried to follow the nutritionist’s orders, but I can’t seem to be able to give up sweets

Hi Amanda,
my aunt is obese, and she’s managed to lose weight with fat loss for idiots. the only thing is that it took her quite some time. she lost 40 Pounds in 3 months. don’t expect miracles, you won’t lose the weight fast, but if you don’t quit, you can get great results with the long term program of “fat loss 4 idiots”.
