I’m Fox and this is the second day of my Fat loss 4 idiots reality diet report. Today is February 3′d. Let’s get on the scale to see how I’m doing so far.

I’m 56.2 which are 123.5 Pounds, so I already lost 1.5 Pounds in one day and that’s great because now I’m even more motivated.I promised to give you a tip for quick weight loss every day as a part of my report, and teach you the secrets of quick weight loss: you probably think that if you skip meals you’ll be able to skip the calories, but infact, when you are preticulary hungry you are driven to eat a certain type of food- and you guessed right- high calorie foods.
when you skip breakfast and get realy hungry, your stomach empties out and sends a signal to your brain saying- fill me up now!
that signal comes from a hormone called Ghrelin, the hunger hormone, and that’s the number 1 enemy of your weight loss plan.
You know how when you get realy hungry you start feeling hunger pains, and there’s no way you’re going to be satisfied with a Salad? that’s your brain telling you to prefer high calorie foods and will power just isn’t enough to fight it!!!
so our first tip for losing weight is- don’t skip meals, don’t get hungry. Stick to 4 small meals a day to avoid craving for high calorie foods. That’s it for today.

the more excercise you do the faster you will lose the weight and burn the fat. I work out 30 minuts per day.

Watch all my Videos to learn which foods keep you fuller for longer, and include those foods in your diet plan. if you stick to 4 meals a day, it’s very unlikely that you will still crave for high Calorie foods, but in case you get hungry, drink 2 glasses of water and 1 glass of milk and wait 15 minuts, still hungry? keep some sliced vegetables as snacks, and have a nice healthy snack. still hungry? drink more and keep yourself busy- call a freind, watch a movie, put more time into your hobbies, whatever you can to get your mind off food.

sure there’s hope for youhun, don’t ever lose hope.you just need tomake a small change in your eating- habbits, and start eating fat burning foods and avoid fat storing foods. you can learn all that from my videos. you need to put your body in a fat burning mode, and you’re going to lose weight fast. check out my videos and start following them. keep us posted and I’m here if you have any questions.

I eat right and I exercise, but I’ve been 30 Pounds overweight most of my adult life. plz help
Question: I just started FL4I. I keep reading that there are 4 meals in a day. My program (E-book) says there are 6. ??? It’s really hard to get 6 meals into one day. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

the idea behind many small meals is to maintain low blood sugar levels, and avoid Insulin ups-an downs, that make you crave for high calorie foods, and also make your body store fat- because that’s what Insulin does- it orders your body to store fat. if you have 6 small meals instead of 3 big ones, your body will store less fat, and you won’t have the urge to eat foods that are bad for you and your diet plan. you will also feel less hungry during the day.
The 2 extra meals are actually more of a snack, than a meal. have 4 meals, and 2 snacks. If you started Fat Loss 4 Idiots, you should use the meal generator to create a menu, and follow this menu as it is. I’m here for you if you have further questions. I wish you good luck, and hope this helps
