2: Is Skipping Meals A Good Weight Loss Strategy?

I’m Fox and this is the second day of my Fat loss 4 idiots reality diet report. Today is February 3′d. Let’s get on the scale to see how I’m doing so far.

I’m 56.2  which are 123.5 Pounds, so I already lost 1.5 Pounds in one day and that’s great because now I’m even more motivated.I promised to give you a tip for quick weight loss every day as a part of my report, and teach you the secrets of quick weight loss: you probably think that if you skip meals you’ll be able to skip the calories, but  infact, when you are preticulary hungry you are driven to eat a certain type of food- and you guessed right- high calorie foods.


when you skip breakfast and get realy hungry, your stomach empties out and  sends a signal to your brain  saying- fill me up now!  

that signal comes from a hormone called Ghrelin, the hunger hormone, and that’s the number 1 enemy of your weight loss plan.
You know how when you get realy hungry you start feeling hunger pains, and there’s no way you’re going to be satisfied with a Salad?   that’s your brain telling you to prefer high calorie foods and will power just isn’t enough to fight it!!!
so our first tip for losing weight is- don’t skip meals, don’t get hungry. Stick to 4 small meals a day to avoid craving for high calorie foods. That’s it for today.
